Weight & size allowance

The total measurement of height, width and length must be no larger than 170cm and the weight must be less than 30kg.

Hours

8:30AM ~ 4:00PM (deadline to apply) at Nakatsugawa Tourist Information Center
Please pick up your items by 5:00PM on the same date.

Prohibited items

Pets and other living creatures, cash, valuables, hazardous materials, unclean items and other items that are deemed unacceptable by the clerk in charge,
Important documents, data, etc. that may be difficult to recreate or reissue,
Items with a value of 200,000yen or more that are packaged in one item.

Luggage Transfer Service between Nakatsugawa Tourist Information Center and Magome

You can send your luggages from Nakatsugawa station to your accommodation in Magome.
